The Vineyard Hope Center is a community outreach ministry serving men, women and children by providing them with practical and spiritual resources, as well as connecting them to other services in the community that may be able to support them in their daily lives. Launched in the spring of 2011, the vision for the Vineyard Hope Center has been years in the making.

Open to guests from our church and community with a need, the Vineyard Hope Center includes a growing range of services, including life encouragement. The life encouragement team meets with each guest to gather information about their current situation and discusses their most critical needs in order to offer help. We also have home, health care and baby products for guests to choose from, wellness appointments to connect about medical concerns, and a salon for haircuts and manicures. New services are rotated in each month and all of our services are free of charge.

We currently have a Hope Center in Urbana, though part of our church vision is to have a Hope Center in every county we have a Vineyard Church campus.

A significant component of the Hope Center vision is to fulfill the individual needs of our guests. As a church, we feel compelled to come together and address these needs.
