HealingJourney
At Healing Journey, we seek to extend hope and healing to men and women with all sorts of attachments to negative behaviors.
Whether you are struggling with a substance, people, process, or sexual attachment, we are here to help you walk the path to a joyful and free life.
Who is Healing Journey for?
Can you identify with any of the following statements:
-
I feel alone or lonely; I am looking for real friends.
-
Something or someone has a strong hold on my life that leaves me feeling trapped or even depressed.
-
I am preoccupied with something or someone in a way that dominates my life but never really satisfies.
-
All my efforts to overcome problems in my life leave me exhausted and ready to give up.
-
Painful memories make me afraid to let others know the real me.
-
I use food, drugs, money, sex, etc., to numb pain.
If so, Healing Journey may be just what you're looking for to help you find freedom!
This healing community exists to help people stop the self-destructive behaviors, compulsive thoughts and actions, and unresolved hurt and pain that they are powerless to overcome. We hope to create a safe atmosphere that promotes honesty, spiritual growth, and healthy living.
What To Expect
Healing Journey runs for 9 weeks on Tuesday nights, with two Saturday morning intensives. Each meeting, we worship together, hear a short testimony and teaching, and then break into gender-specific small groups to discuss the lesson, share our thoughts, and pray for one another.
Healing Journey is set up so you can start coming on any week.
