Small Group Training
Have you ever thought about leading a small group? Is it a season in your life in which you want to take more responsibility in disciplining others? If so, small group training is a great place to learn the ends and outs of how to lead high impact small group.
In this interactive three-hour course you’ll learn the basic principles of small group leading: Pray, Care, Reach, and Empower. You’ll also learn about our history with small groups, how we run on a trimester system, and a simple format that we suggest. We take time to practice ministry time, as this is one of the things that sets us apart from a traditional bible study.
At the end of the training you have an opportunity to commit to leading your own small group.
