ALPHA
a course on the basicsAlpha is a time to explore Christianity. If you want to learn more about Christianity or are a new Christian, you may want to try out this ten week course. At Alpha we begin each week with a meal, sing a song or two, listen to a speaker and conclude with discussion in small groups. And there's always time for you to ask questions you have! (Sessions of Alpha at the Urbana Campus include a Mandarin Chinese group.)
Weekly Topics for Alpha are:

- Why did Jesus die?
- How can I be sure of my faith?
- Why and how should I read the Bible?
- Why and how do I pray?
- How does God guide us?
- How can I resist evil?
- Does God heal today?
- What about the church?
